Credit
Checking.
We use an authorised company
to credit check all prospective
tenants and previous landlords
are contacted for information
as to suitability. We reserve
the right to refuse any tenant
as your property is precious
and we take our responsibilities
very seriously that avoids
the possiblity of expensive
evictions.
Rent
Guarantee.
A rent guarantee policy is
offered via Paragon Advance.
This policy is offered subject
to satisfactory references
and statusof the tenant.
Contract.
Contracts are drafted accordingly
accompanied with Section 21
that is a notice to vacate
at the end of the tenancy.
Deposits.
A deposit is taken one mont
in advance and kept in a client
account until the end of the
tenancy. The property is inspcted
on the last day of the tenancy
and the deposit is refunded
within 7 working days, assuming
there is no dispute.

Rent
Payments.
Rent is collected by standing
order on the date of occupancy
direct tot he landlord or
via AOK PROPERTIES.
Property
Inspection.
Properties are inspected every
2 months and a report is sent
out to the landlord accordingly.

Repairs.
We arrange any repairs needed
once the landlord has been
consulted regarding the cost.

Health &
Safety analysis and implementation.
